Chest questions
I have been following the lee hayward workout program for awhile now. For some reason my chest is not gaining any size and minimal strength gains yet my arms and deadlifts have increased tremendously. Should i start working chest every day or more then just twice a week.. I do inclines barbell/dumbell, i have been doing dips on my own as well as pec curls and butterflys.. Yet i cant seem to gain anything in that are. Anyone have a clue? should i lift more lift less? im lost *REPS*
