    what is the max amount of carbs I should eat per day

    I am doing the high protein low carb diet type thing. What is the max amount of carbs I should be eating.

    Also is sugar ok if it is in the form of milk and fruits because it is natural so doesn't matter how much you get of it? Any clarification would be great. Thanks!

    Define "low carb". To me, low carb means about 100g or so per day. Ketogenic is 50g or less. Start with 1g/lb of bodyweight and see how that goes.
