Hi I've spent the last 4 days reading/researching hiit and have some questions
1) Can u lose fat while on a slight/moderate calories surplus diet?
2) Will u lose too much muscle if u do normal cardio first thing in the morning (not with an empty stomach) and HIIT in the afternoon?
3) Mi current HIIT routine is the following I do it on a crosstrainer machine
5 mins warm up
then 10 second sprints followed by 50 secs jogging
I do that for then minutes and then
do 2 minutes low intensity cardio

I allready read that...and unless I'm blind (I do wear glasses lol) there's nothing there saying you'll lose fat when u r on a slight/moderate calorie surplus
The othere question about doing cardio in the morning is just to see if I can will lose to much muscle...
