I think they are very inaccurate. because I entered my bench press max (225 for 12 reps ) and it said my 1rm is ~325lbs lol. I doubt I could even get it of the chest lol.
I'm asking this because I never do squat 1RM and I always squat 310 for reps and then enter it in the calculator. So i'm concerned my stats could be fake.

I wouldn't listen to calculators... I've lifted more than I was estimated before.

someone told me that it gets less accurate as you increase reps.
for example.
if you estimated 225 for 2 reps then it would be more accurate to your 1 rep max than saying 160 for 12 reps.*trying to lean bulk crew*
*jaw too strong it looks deformed crew*
*eat out on ONS and no f**ks were given crew*
*short torso crew*
*wears crew neck because of no upper chest crew*
*6" girth crew*
*short bicep tie in crew*
*short sleeved t shirt to look like i lift crew*

try a heavier weight and see how many reps you can do that for.
do a weight u can do for 4-8 reps will be more accurate*trying to lean bulk crew*

I think its different for everyone because of differencing endurance levels. Try using lower reps when you calculate it

Squat: 395x1
Bench: 275x1
Deadlift: 430x6
