starting to take bold cycle. when to take?

i have 2 bottles of bold and 2 of 6 oxo. i started liftin again about 2 weeks ago and i decided to start the cycle along with sum protein shakes.im takin 600 mg/day of bold, that will last me for about 5/6 weeks. then imma start the 6oxo like this 1 week-600 mg 2 week-600 mg 3 week-300 mg 4 week-200 mg i work out in the afternoon and my question is.. whats the best time to take the pils? in the morning? or maybe 40 mins before working out? thanks for your time

Well since youre getting 600mgs/day, you can splir 1-1-1 or 1-2 or viceversa. I would go with 1 cap in the morning and 2 caps in the afternon PREworkout (which isn't necessary). Also 1 cap morning, 1 cap PRE and 1 cap with dinner would be good as well.

As far as your PCT, I'd just run the 6-OXO at w1 500 w2 400 w 3 300 4 200. or even less, there is no much supression from Bold cycles in my opinion or you can just go ahead with Reversitol and get 3/2/2/1.

cool man- thx for the advice. would i have to do that with the 6 oxo as well? take some in the morning,some in the afternoon?

You can if you want to split doses, however take your largest or full dose at night primary since its when estrogen tends to be higher and test lower, no big deal just be sure to take it.

First I would like to say I am a huge fan of Bold 200 the stuff is awesome! In the middle of my 2nd cycle currently. However, if you have just gotten back into working out 2 weeks ago I would suggest holding off a bit. Give yourself a few months of your newbie gains getting back into the swing and setting up your routine. Your going to have gains without any supps to start anyways. After about 4-6 months I would run the cycle. This way you get an accurate idea of how helpful the Bold is for you. I almost did the same thing your doing and someone said this same thing to me and I am glad I waited as the gains have been phenomenal. Just my input and advice. Best of luck bro.
