Diet .... sigh
Ok, yesterday was rough too. But I went grocery shopping and got some fruit. Although I know it contains a lot of sugar, but I'm thinking at this point I shouldn't worry about where exactly my calories are coming from. I tried eating eggs at work yesterday, but I just couldn't do it
Trying harder again today. Yesterday was my highest calorie day though (Yay bacon cheeseburgers, lol)
CALORIES 1503
Carbs 173g <---that really freaks me out
Protein 87g (PHAIL)
Fat 55g
Macros (c/p/f) 44/23/33
So doing okay so far this morning, could only finish half of my eggs (meal 1), but I just finished ALL of my oats! (for meal 2) Yay me!Mrs. Hessunit as of May 11, 2013

Hello? HELLO? HELLO?
It's very quiet in here...Lift smart.
I rear ended a car this morning...the driver that got out of the other car was a dwarf !!
He looked up at me and said "I am NOT Happy!"
So I said, "Well, which one ARE you then?"
That's how the fight started.

Hey hey! Great to have you!
Happy Friday to you too
Um...maybe because I'm secretly wishing I was 87lbs? KIDDING!!! I'M NOT!!
I got strawberries, and asparagus. I don't like fruit or vegetables. At all. I've been looking for some almonds, but I'm not a nut person either, lol. I like macadamia nuts, that's about it.Mrs. Hessunit as of May 11, 2013

I had a trainer 4 weeks out, and up til then I did 'okay'. I was a lot leaner then, and was just playing it by ear.
Yeah, I've had my problems with eating...it just seems that sometimes when I'm really stressed it arises. I think too that because I stopped smoking (4 weeks baby!!) it doesnt help since that was my crutch.Mrs. Hessunit as of May 11, 2013

Socializing is good
Curious too about eating though ^^^^
Eating = the thing that stands between me and my goals. I love to workout, and will until the point of falling over dead... but I also love food. When I'm in a good routine, I have been successful at eating about 90% clean, but it's so easy for me to be swayed to the dark side with a meal out at the local Mexican restauraunt... some scrumptious home made deserts someone offers etc.

Oh me too!! You have no idea! It definitely took doing a competition for me to realize that I COULD do it. Now I just have to get back into that mindset, lol.

I learned all about the neurobiology behind addictions this semester. It's really interesting how they all interact, and replacing one with another is something we're pretty much hard wired to do (if you have the premorbid, genetic characteristics).
Eating disorders, smoking, working out, gambling - they're all pretty much derived from the same personality traits...
I'm rambling..

Thank you. I ended up quitting by accident. I got strept throat and just didn't feel like smoking. So then I figured I may as well not buy a pack. So far so good
And good for you on quitting! That's awesome.
SWEET!!! Welcome aboard!
Yeah, I know for sure I've got the genetic characteristics. I figured that maybe that's what I've been doing. Yesterday was a lot better, although a lot scarier too. One day at a time, right?

Yesterday I did legs at lunch at the crappy gym. I KNEW I should've used the U gym!! The crappy gym has really ****ty equipment for legs. But I figured I'd go in and do it anyways.
I really don't feel that it's worth posting the details, but here:
LEGS
Squats
30xBW I was just making sure these didn't aggravate my back - good to go!
15x50
12x60
Light weight, but I was just using DBs and I was having a hard time positioning them on my shoulders. I miss the big boy bar
Seated leg press I HATE this thing. *SIGH*
12x120
12x130
12x140 my back was a feeling a bit iffy...not going to do these again!
Extensions
8x60
10x60
8x70
So the crappy gym has the universal kind of unit set up, and I think it's totally ghey. I don't know if it's how the pulleys are set up or what, but fukc is it hard!! 8x70?!?! Come on! Normally my warm-up weight is 90. I was pissed.
Curls
I tried one set, got pissed off at the machine, and went off to try SLDLs with DBs.
SLDL
Okay, I know this is the exercise that I tweaked my back with. But, I figured I'd try it for a couple of sets, just to see how my back felt. Weight was really light too, although I succeeded in getting the MMC going
12x20
12x30
Sweet! Going to keep doing them! I was really mad at the gym by this point, so I booted it out of there.
Today will be back for the first time since my injury, which was almost 2 weeks ago. I'm excited! Not only that, but I'm meeting a close friend of mine to work out with me. Woot!Mrs. Hessunit as of May 11, 2013

Diet! Getting there...
Better day yesterday in terms of getting the cals in, but pretty horrible with my protein intake.
CALORIES 1836
Carbs 236g
Protein 133g
Fat 46g
Macros (c/p/f) 49/29/23
Okay. New day today. Gonna try and get my numbers up, and more like a 40/40/30.
I was happy I was hungry when I woke up, and I was almost able to finish my eggs. Yay!Mrs. Hessunit as of May 11, 2013

I hate when the weights/pulleys aren't consistent from one gym to another...but your numbers are impressive none the less.
And HELLS YES for getting the macros up there babe!
FOOD = FUEL! And look at the workout that was fueled...WOWZA!Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403
