**** i dont even know anymore havent done the "calculations" and honestly never ever attempted a 1rpm ever.
Id estimate the calculation to be somewhere "around 500" now.. Which if I ever actually attempted i'd just throw my back out and get injured for like a week. I know I wouldnt be able to do anything close to 500. Also I came to the realization awhile ago that Powercleans = more functional than deadlifts for me.
Squat + Deadlift < Squat + Powerclean, hands down.

oh hai DoitBig! Good to see you outta the red Why you talking about 405x12 like it's hard haha. Did you ever decide to go through with the keto (no hijack).
And to contribute... Best pull was two weeks ago, 510.

OH, believe me i know. When i locked it out, i literally thought "f*ck i coulda had more than this". lol. This is all on a no-carb diet too at a calorie deficit. Maybe I'll try 515-520 later this week. If i do, I'll get a vid.
Edit: i don't train powerlifting at all. I train strictly BB so, my strength gains come when i get them. It's not something i dwell on too much. (Although there's nothing quite like moving big weight)

How is it possible to deadlift more than your max? Wouldn't that make it your max?

Do you stretch prior and post workouts? If not i would highly recommend it. I used to have groin issues but now i do 10 minutes on the cycle and then lightly stretch whatever muscles i will be working. I would strongly advise it if you don't.
