pain in my shoulder while benching

when i bench i get a bad pain on the inside of my shoulder. its to the front and does not seem to be a muscle pain. anything that i may be doing wrong or is there an exercise i should do that can help make the pain go away? thanks in advance

It's your bicep tendon that is causing the pain. This is very typical when lifting heavy weights. There really is nothing you can do for it besides rest it because your tendon may have small micro tears that are causing the pain. However, you can keep your bicep warm throughout your chest workout and it might help a little. It works for me.

where do you touch the bar to? you should grip shoulder width, and turn your elbows in(try to pull the BB apart)then break at the elbows.
