    I rest it on my delts. The other way absolutely kills my wrists when I go heavy, so much so that my wrists are in more pain than my legs...

    lol, i rest it on my delts, but support it with a clean grip. both those lifters in them pics are supporting the weight with their delts, just different ways of stabalizing the bar. different grips.
