What's wrong with my workout?
Monday
-Bench 5x5
-dumbell incline 3x8
-standing military press 3x8
-upright rows 3x8
-skull crushers 3x8
-weighted dips 3x10
Tuesday
-squat 10,8,6,4,2
-leg press 3x20
-leg extensions 3x8
-shrugs 3x15
-lat pulldown 3x8
-barbell curls 3x8
-incline curls 3x8
Wednesday off
Thursday
-bench 5x5
-incline dumbells 3x8
-push press 3x5
-side lateral raises 3x8
-skull crushers 3x8
-weighted dips 3x10
Friday
-squat 10,8,6,4,2
-lunges 3x8
-leg curls 3x8
-shrugs 3x15
-lat pull down 3x8
-barbell curls 3x8
-hammer curls 3x8
I've been doing this workout for 4 weeks and have seen good gains but lately I've been stronger on Monday and Tuesday and i feel dead on Thursday and Friday. any suggestions

maybe because you are taking one day off before hand and 2 days off before monday and tuesday, nothing wrong with that.

With that volume you should be training each muscle 1x per week.
