Training Comments:
Normally do not Flat Bench, but I was spotting a guy with 405 earlier in the week and it made me want to give it a go. Went alright. Set the PR at the weights of 225 and 230 for reps. Rest of the workout was straight forward. Will hit DBs next week for Flat. Also, you'll note I keep track of my workouts, but I'm not getting too hardcore with it. I find I use my time better in the gym when I'm not recording every single detail of every lift. I'll sum it up though as best as I can .
Battle Fuel Comments:
I took my first dose about 30-40 minutes pre-workout and I really liked it. Seems as if there is some strong stims, which I don't mind, as I was sweating more than I have lately. January was a low stim month for me as I was trying to ween off a little.
I'm hoping 42 days of this will produce some great results. I'm not familiar with a lot of the ingredients and that's one thing I hope to learn throughout the log. Note: I have not received my Combat Powder yet, that will be getting reviewed once I do get it.

Training Comments:
This was my first real back workout since slightly injuring myself doing some behind the back shrugs with too much weight. For the past 2-3 weeks I've just been doing light and short Back workouts. This one felt great. Still took it easy on BB Rows which is why the PR on Rack Pulls feels great. Did not see that one coming.
Battle Fuel Comments:
Once again I took this about 30 minutes pre-workout. Did not feel the stims as hard as I did yesterday. Still early to tell how this bad boy is working.
Extras:
For anyone interested in seeing what a Battle Fuel pack looks like. Very convenient. Looks like there is 4 caps that are the same, 3, then 1 by itself.

Shoulders, Traps
DB Press
5 sets
Went up to 65s I believe
Wide Grip Upright Rows
4 sets with drop set
My new favorite Shoulder exercise
Military Press
4 sets
Side Laterals
3 sets
Note: I carry a 10 lb. plate around and do Side Laterals through my whole workout. Probably get an extra ~10 light sets in doing 7-15 reps one arm at a time. I found this really helps my middle deltoids as they lack in my shoulder.
Reverse Pec Deck
3 sets
BB Shrugs
5 sets
Went up to 275, never going under 12 reps
DB Shrug supersetted with 35 lb Plate Shrugs
3 x 12 x 75s ..... 12-15
Training Comments:
Very solid Shoulder/Trap day. This is pretty close to a "Get Wider" Delts routine in Flex. I added in the Military Press and extra Side Laterals. I really like it as it has me hitting mostly Side and Read Deltoids. This was my first real Trap workout since Shrugging way too much behind my back and tweaking something about 3 weeks ago. Felt strong and solid.
Note: Took sample packet of NO Xplode on my way to the gym. May of affected energy so I will not comment on that.
Battle Fuel Comments:
Once again, early to tell. Taken 30 or so minutes pre-workout as usual. My body composition is changing slightly. Will comment on that in my next post about my Diet and Nutrition.
Extras:
Music Video. Endzeit by Heaven Shall Burn.

Diet and Nutrition and MOAR
Diet/Nutrition
I was kicking back when I noticed I hadn't mentioned much on my Nutrition at all. As I said, I've been Recomping but gearing towards a slow cut. Basically I'm trying to keep Protein high, Carbs low, and Fats moderate. Here is today's nutrition intake:
9 am - 1.5 scoops Whey Protein with 15g Simple Carbs
9:30 am - Packet of Oatmeal
12:30 pm - Rib Kabob Meal with 10 Fries **
3:30 pm - 1.5 scoops Whey Protien
4:30 pm - EAA's
4:45 pm - Battle Fuel Packet
5:15 pm - Purple Wraath Intra-Workout
6:45 pm - Cytofuse - 21g Protein, 52g Carbs(20 sugar)
8 pm - 10 oz Turkey Burger with 3 tablespoons low fat Sour Cream
Bedtime - 1.5 scoops of Casein Protien
As you can see by the **, my lunch was horrible. We went out for lunch and this place had nothing clean eating. Lunch is my hardest time of the day to eat good. I generally do not pack a lunch as my boss pays but sometimes the selection is not good. For this, I'm gonna start packing 2 cans of tuna in my bag and in-case I'm not down with what they are eating I have a solid back up plan. For the next couple of weeks, I will try to perfect this and find more ways to improve my diet.
MOAR!!?!:
This should be a great log. Lots to look forward too. At least one video a week I'm hoping, starting this weekend. I know I'm three days in, but tomorrow(my bday ), I'm gonna snap a few reference pics as I truly believe this is a badass stack. Let's do this!
Tomorrows Leg workout may be postponed until Thursday. For one, I'm sore as hell, For two, I may not feel like going through the most grueling of the weeks workout on my bday lol. Bad enough I have to work .o_O

Probably my favorite Leg exercise
Only hit 115 x 10 on the last set but these are so deep I love them
One Leg, Leg Press
3 sets
I've noticed since starting these, my right leg is slightly weaker than my left
Will continue to do these to bring it up

6 straight sets(3 each), no rest
Got the blood flowing here, all about the pump with this superset
Calf Work
5 supersets
Core Work
5 sets
Elliptical
10 minutes, low intensity
Training Comments:
Was an OK Leg day. I still think they will be fairly sore but we'll see. I came in with a slight back pump and aching a little. Woke up with that today. Also copped a bad headache at the end of the Front Squats. Took my ball cap off and lowered my volume on the shuffle and it really helped. I'm feeling good now.
Battle Fuel Comments:
Forgot to take this before I left home, grrrrrr. Had to drive back. I'm not at work today, doing work at home, and didn't pack my gym bag. Oh well. Still rocked the house. So far the only thing I'm feeling is the stims. Gives a slight focus for the beginning part of the workout. Arms look much harder, not sure if this is because of BF.
Nutrition:
Found some MRP's at the local Vitamin Shoppe today for $10. 20 packets of 40 g Portien, 40g Carbs(5g fiber, 5g sugar), 8g Fat, and coming in at 390 Calories. These expire this month so I'll start using these for my first meal and adjust the meals after accordingly.
Note:
Waited until after my morning shake and eggs to take pictures. Did not like. Will get tomorrow morning. Sorry for the delay.
Extras:
Hilarious Christian Bale and his screaming at a lighting guy. I lol'd for hours.
