    forearm pain

    Whenever i train my arms for the past weeks my right Forearm hurt like hell.. a Guy in the gym told me that im flexing it and thats the reason it hurts wich i doubt... and its been only the right one...
    What shall i do?

    this same **** happened to me aswell..the cause overuse of bicep curls also trying to lift more than i should..

    how i solved this....ibuprofen ice and rest also dropped my arm routine down to 2x a week..this pain occured righ below my right bicep and at the top of my inner forearm..

    i workout with 30lbs now for 10 reps a piece and have yet to run into the problem again.

    it comes from overuse and abuse of the forearm..at all costs do the above and avoid doing pullups'chinups' and barbell rows when having this problem they all will aggrivate the hell out of the forearm..

    good luck take it easy and the problem should be gone with a week or so,
    current lifting stats.

    its from the muscles growing faster then the tendons and too much stain on the tendons.

    yes these movements aggravate it. it takes time to heal.
