    How do I minimise the swinging(either up/down or side to side) of the implements?

    work on FRONTAL SQUATS , lower back and abs.
    Work on staying as vertical as possible We all learn thru trail and error and more from DOING IT over and over ,

    Weds i moved my frist 170 lb stone . no warm up , no belt, nothing, FIRST TIME trying stone lifting, i got dozens of p.m;s with tips

    i agree with the idea of doing some core work... zercher squats are badass for that... otherwise, i'm jealous of ur equipment!

    Thanks for the nice words.

    I think the yoke is one implement that you just needs more practice.

    I was wobbling all over the place the first time I did the yoke in my life with just 300+lb.Less than 4 weeks later,I am closing in on a smooth 550lb walk.

    Also,I find that ever since I started yoke training,my farmers timing has shot up.Maybe there is a significant carryover.
