this is a double edged sword...I have found it can be great when you are really having a hard time peeling off some pounds, however, it can also eat away at your muscle...
so as ntrllftr said....take your bcaa's and glutamine before you do it. 10grams bcaa's and 10gram glutamine, plus my special diet pills that I made....and I am a fat burning machine on a empty stomach, LOL
