Over use of Creatine... any side effects?
Hi all,
Does drinking Creatine pre-workout supplement consistently create any negative side effects?
To be specific, I train Monday to Friday and do security for a nightclub on the weekend (Friday and Saturday nights, 6pm - 4am is maximum hours) I take AdrenoL8 before each training session and during work. Will this slightly excessive supplementation create any negative side effects?
I'm 6'2'' 98kg 15%BF and 18 yrs old... if it's of any relevance.
