So I was lifting Friday night and really trying to push some weight and the next day I awoke with a terrible pain in my left arm right around my elbow.
I can't fully extend my arm to straight.
The sharp pain seems to come from the lowest part of my bicep, right by the tendon, where it attaches to my inner elbow.
Any advice other then resting it?
I was doing:
Chin-Ups
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows
Bent Bar Rows
Barbell Shrugs

Like most acute exercises, use ice for 48 hours and gentle stretching. The re-assess. Try aspirin for pain relief, or if quite bad some ibuprofen.
If pain persists, then likely to have a strongly inflamed tendon or some possible bony injury.
Is there any swelling or redness? The science is out there!
