Stats:
Been lifting 1 year
I'm 23
Started at 205 18% bf
Now 215 13% bf
Bench 290 raw (385 reverse band)
Squat 455 paralell 675 half (maybe 500 this weekend, got a suit!)
Deadlift 405 (575 rack pull)
34" waist
28" thighs
Arms? Calves? who knows. That's BB sh!t.

those are at least 17 inches,dude. what is your definition for "big biceps" if those are not big? Looking huge and buff. Good job for only 1 year of lifting. Keep up all the hard work!

Actually my biceps got that big when I worked them all day long when I was 14 for 3 months. I would curl off and on for about 8 hours a day. I got up to 120lb BB curls and even curled 100 db once with the right arm. Never touched a weight again till last year. I have only trained biceps 20x total in the whole time since...
