holy ****, thats alot of weight, good job! looked fast aswell.
but next time id get a 3 man lift off or a stronger spotter, that lift off didnt look great.

lol ya i kno man i only had two guys with me so i couldnt do the 3 man lift off. Also the rack catches were set prob one setting too high. Next time i will def go heavier and get some more spotters to be safe.

its true that using rev bands on raw bench simulated a shirt but the accomodating resistance principle still holds true when using a shirt. This way the weight increases as you get closer to lockout and you can really overload the body bc you have the rev band assistance plus the shirt.
