When cutting down, protein shake before bed bad?
To be more specific, a MILK protein shake before bed.. I cannot go to sleep with an empty stomach, I don't know if its mental but I won't be able to fall asleep.

Its fine. Try to have a casein protein though before bed instead of whey. That will give you a bit more success for taking before bed!

And preferably, use water where you can, or a bit of milk with water. You want to be consuming a small number if any carbs before bed.

I always take casein before i go to sleep while my body is in full state of rest. Also sometimes I'll take tribulus to keep my test up while resting. Bonus side effect is you'll see naked girls in your dreams 9/10 times!

nutrient timing doesnt matter. it all comes down to macro totals for the day, focus on that.
casein really isnt necessary either.
