Scoobasteve4132's Gaspari Nutrition Mitotropin/Novadex XT 30-day log
Just another day, and it's on!...
I've read the manual through and through, and taken everything in... Now it's time to put it to the test!...
From previous and current posts, this looks like an amazing product... I'm hoping I can only be so lucky as some of those that already have...
My workouts will be accordingly to the Mitotropin booklet.. It's a bit different than I am used to, but I'm thinking the change may be just what I need... For cardio I'll do 30-45 minutes upon waking up... That'll be on an elliptical I have here at home... And post workout I'll do another 30-45 minutes... Depending on workout will decide what route I take on that... All my cardio will be pretty low intensity...
Dieting will not be according to the manual though... I am going on just over 30 days of keto, w/ great results... I'm down close to 20lbs since Christmas so I am gonna stick w/ it... My energy hasn't suffered since being on the diet, and have actually hit some PR's lifting, so I'd like to keep it up...
Here is a rough plan of my diet, it's based off the Dave Palumbo diet...
Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs + 6 whites
Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter
Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs + 6 whites
For my shakes I take them w/ a heaping tsp of psyllium... Fun times!
And for meal 6 I will usually get a shake in or a protein brownie... mmm
And this is not to a T... I do swap out a lot... As am not a huge fan of asparagus, so go w/ green beans... But for the most part I keep pretty close to the macros...
My supplements are looking like this:
Scivation Whey
AST Multivitamin
Higher Power Micronize Creatine
Scivation Xtend
Gaspari Nutrition SP250
Gaspari Nutrition Mitotropin
Gaspari Nutrition Novadex XT
I'll have pics up and everything tomorrow... I cannot wait to see what Gaspari can do!...

So as I sit here, eating my Scivation brownie - mmmmm, figured I'd post my Day-1 comments on Mitotropin...
First, taste... After reading some nightmares I was a bit scared... Usually I cool w/ pills, but if I could taste it who knows... So I mixed me up a glass of Gra-pple Xtend, and prepared to tough it down... Remarkably it didn't taste em at all... Granted I don't let pills sit on my pallet taking all the flavor in... lol...
So that out of the way, I expected a bit rush... Not so much... But it was a more a sense of not wanting to sit down and waste time... I think I got more done today around the house and in general then who knows how long...
Now the appetite surpression end of things kick *ss!... I caught myself many times looking at the clock and saying holy sh*t, I gotta eat... Even the past month on keto, my body knew when it was supposed to eat, and if I missed my meal, I noticed it... W/ mitotropin I had to force myself to eat... Even my gf noticed how I just sat there, looking at my green beans and just chomping away...
My workout was great though... I did change up the sets though... I did go through the workouts they recommend, but modified the reps.
So here was the workout...
First off, did 30 minutes of fasted cardio this morning
Then in the afternoon went to the gym...
Flat Bench - I said 8 for reps, but some were 7... I just didnt have a book w/ me but will manana. That goes for all of the below too... Don't recall exact reps...
135 x 25
225 x 15
205 x 8
185 x 8
135 x 8
95 x 8
Incline Bench - got a nice rest btw flat and incline, had to wait for some guys to finish their sets... Probably like a 3-4 minute rest...
135 x 25
225 x 8
185 x 9
135 x 9
95 x 8
Flat bench flies - By now things were burning pretty good... Again a nice 2-3 minute rest... Oh for the above and below my only rest btw sets enough to remove the weights, throw em on the rack, and back to work!
40 x 15
80 x 8
60 x 8
40 x 8
20 x 12
Cable crossovers - For these I'm not 100% sure on the weights, but pretty sure they're right... I'll know for sure on the next chest day - Friday!
10 x 25 - nice squeeze and hold
40 x 20
30 x 20
20 x 20
10 x 20
by the end of those I was really feeling it... Definitely could feel a nice rush through the chest...
Head Crushers
20 x 15
80 x 8
60 x 8
40 x 8
20 x 15
Push downs
50 x 20 wicked squeeze and burn
100 x 20
75ish - think it's actually 72.5 but you get the idea... x 20
50 x 20
25 x 16
Dips - These I just did my own weight, but will be getting a weight belt... Did 4 sets of 15,12,8,6 I really didnt give myself much of rest, so towards the end I was hurting... Man was i hurting...
Decline Situps - No weight added... 4 sets of 15
Hanging Legs Lifts - Opps did knee lifts... But did squeeze really good a the top... Did 4 sets and they went 15, 12, 12, 8...
Cable Crunches - Not sure of the weights, but did a nice warmup set of 25, and then added enough weight to barely squeeze out 15 reps... Oh and did 4 sets...
Then to seal the deal jumped on the elliptical for about 30 minutes...
I'll have pics up tomorrow... Off to get some gf time in... Later!

So here are the pics... I just realized for the Feb date it says 1st, but actually it was today and I was too lazy to correct it.. Eh but I wasted time typing this... Anyways here we go...
Also put up the 1st shots...
Jan. 1st front
Feb 1st front
Jan 1st side
Feb 1st side
Jan 1st other side
Feb 1st other side
Jan 1st back
Feb 1st back
My favorite is the back pic...
Anyways great workout today, minus having to work around others being in the way... Meals were right on, and have incorporated an alarm in the plan... Otherwise I don't even realize I'm missing a meal...
But quick though on Mitotropin... I took my 2nd set at 2PM yesterday and oops.. I was up till like 2/230ish.. My mind was racing... I didnt get up for my morning cardio as I didnt even hear my alarm go offf, and gf shut it off... So today I took em at noon... Im thinking that's cool, as I take my first set at like 430... And that's w/ sleeping in a bit today, haha!...
I'll post some more in the morning on my meals, workout, etc... So far liking it... I really cannot wait to see what the rest of the 30 days comes to bring...

Oh quick note... Those are not Mitotropin results... Those are what's lead up to this w/ a fairly strict diet and workout/cardio regiments... Figuring throwing some Mitotropin in the mix will only amplify results...

So here's a brief collection of what happened yesterday...
Meals.
Meal 1 -
- 6 Omega-3 eggs
- 1 serving of Scivation Whey
Meal 2
- 2 servings Scivation Whey
- 2 tbsp pb
Meal 3
- 2, 1/4# angus burger patties
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 slice american cheese
- 1 cup cauliflower
Meal 4
- 2 servings Scivation Whey
- 2 tbsp pb
Meal 5
- 2, salmon patties
- 1 cup green beans
Meal 6
- 2 servings Scivation Whey
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 1tsp splenda
Workout
Had a great flushed feeling upon getting started... Not 100% what to attribute that to, but I liked it!
I did have to deal w/ the evening rush, and work around some people... That sucked... But all and all, greatness...
I'll add the rest to this when I go home for lunch... Log's at home...

Still chugging along, will update furter later today... Just wanted to note some I was pondering earlier today...
So I really haven't noticed anything, as far as a gut feeling, tingle, the shakes, you name it... But on the scale and in the mirror, huge difference... okay maybe not huge, but noticeable.
My goal for this month was to be in the 230s, and so far 4 days into it, no doubts at all... 220's would be wicked, but that's a bit extreme...
As far as XT goes, I have noticed some aggressiveness while working out... I am a pretty mellow dude, heck I can workout listening to some Ben Harper/Jack Johnson... I just get into my zone and pump away... But I noticed yesterday there was a little bit more umph... Not quite Lane stomping, but was different and worked for me... I think mentally it's help me push myself even harder...
For all the skeptics out there, try them... I'm sure you'll think otherwise once you take it...

So far so good... I love the morning mirror look... 4 days in and definitely a noticable difference... Plus seeing the scale move is pretty awesome too...
Today's an off day... I'll be changing up the routine some more in this follow 4-days...
Starting manana, I'll be doing 2-45 min sessions of cardio... As of now it's 2 30...
I think Gaspari should have a diet only/cardio only log to see how well it works...

Im back... I've been sick as sh*t since Friday... I did make it to the gym Friday night, but intensity just wasnt there... And yesterday I vegged....
But good news... Yesterday I did the whole refeed deal and figured I'd be up in weight due to carbs and water retention, but not the case... Weight in at 244 this morning which is about 6/7lb down for the week... I'm happy, man does it show...
Anyways off to the gym... I'm all drugged up so hopefully I can do this... If not I plan on getting some sweating in, in the sauna...

Alright Im back, not quite 100% but getting pretty close...
I've been toughing out the workouts and cardio, and looks to be working... Mirror's showing results, as well as the scale... I did jump off of Keto while I was sick, but will be pushing the clean keto diet even harder now...
I'm shocked at the results I am getting even w/ being sick... And definitely look foward to finshing the month out strong...

Well 1/2 way there, and there's definitely a difference...
It was tough getting to the gym while sick, but it's game on... I cannot wait to do 30-day pics...
So far I really don't feel a change... That's really a relief, no jitters, no upset stomach, just results...
I've recommend this to all my friends that are either just trying to drop a few pounds or doing a huge transformation, like myself...
Well I'll post up my back work out today later tonight!

So yea, things have been a bit lacking, but I am going to finish this thing out strong... Results have been amazing, and hearing others giving me the "what the hell are you on" is just amazing...
I changed things up a little bit by adding LG's anadraulic state for preworkout, and put on some weight w/ that... NOthing bad, actually fills me up nicely... Well wait, it's very bad... Tastes like sh*t... I really have to force myself to take it and it almost makes me sick!...
I wish I could continue the Mitotropin after the 30 days, but will cycle it w/ Lean Extreme, or something like that... I've heard the two cylced are a decent combo...
Well I'll log more in a bit, off to work...
