    Best Time To Take Nitric Oxide?

    I got some Nitric Oxide today and I was wondering when the best time was to take it. I've heard people say to take it 30 minutes before hitting the gym, others said to take it at bedtime as it helps promote more fat loss. Others have said to take 1 serving before working out and one serving before bedtime.

    Who's right?
    Push yourself as far as you possibly can, and just when you've pushed yourself to your limits, you push it just a little bit more.

    maybe also morning on an empty stomach could do it... I'm not a huge fan of NO2 supps anyway

    I figured taking it preworkout would be better as well, I don't think it would keep you awake unless it contained caffeine, but I could be wrong.

    I've never heard of anyone taking it before bedtime. I guess it's possible, but it doesn't make much sense to me. I've always seen it used prior to workout. Typically about 30 minutes before.

    I would take some BEfore workout and then another serving either upon waking or 8 hours after inital dose.
    Most people that recommend prebedtime is arginine with orthinine that help with gh secretion during sleep.

    If I took the doses 8 hours apart, I'd have to take one dose at 10am and the other at 6 since I workout at 7 every night.
