Couple of Tri Shots
I have the day off today so I thought I would take some progress shots. Been hitting the tri's hard lately.

Excellent job
Your psychique is awesome. Do you happen to have any before pic. It would be interesting to see what you looked like when you started and what your potentials were at that time. I am trying hard to develop my arms, but I am far from satisfied with the gains (especially because I have naturally long arms being 6.4 tall). How long did it take for you to become like that? What does your routine look like? Is it possible to look like you without using steroids (I doubt)? Anyway, you did an excellent job. Keep it that way.

Nothing special, I concentrate on form. If I can't do the weight in the correct form I go down a plate no matter what I'm doing.
Thanks guys!!!!
