Well I was up in 4 hours (after sleeping), coudln't go back to sleep. Now I'm sitting here, a good 2 1/2 hours before I need to do anything. I've already been lacking a lot of sleep lately, slightly over trained, and now I'm pondering blowing off my workout today, but I really don't want to miss my deadlift day.

I like deadlifts.

Yea Im doing deads tomorrow... I prolly should be in bed, gonna get up at 7 a.m. to workout...and 7 is actually pretty fukkn early for me.

go to your body space. Below the picture area there is a box with "Photos" (below profile and bodyblog). Click on that. Then click upload photos.

It's been a long two days w/out net! The cable installer was a total hippie, about half way through he started commenting on the Alex Jones print above my pc and the tool shirt I had on, it lead on to an interesting conversation and him showing me a few websites and some new bands.

The place is really nice man, perfect size - digging the entire set up minus the parking - I'll miss having a garage but meah...

Got the kitchen unpacked and most the living room, still need to do bed/bath but the weekend is almost here
