Nope the closest is like 2 hours away....
Cocoa Beach is pretty good for surfing...I've been dying to do sky diving, but all my friends are chicken!

I'm scared of skydiving too.
But I'm willing to try it for a couple of bucks.

This is the beach I used to love surfing. We lived there for a few years!
The rip used to run you straight out to the break and then catch a wave in!
Didn't even have to paddle much.
Very dangerous beach for swimmers though, strong rips.

Damn...how quick things can change. My dog just had another seizure. I've had him for 16 years.....This is his second seizure this year. Everything is going fine...then boom...
At least he recovered quicker this time than the last...but believe me, not a fun situation to watch something you care for suffer through.

Thank you. At least I was here for him. I held him for 15 minutes afterwards while he got his senses back...and he ate two dog bones and drank some water...so hopefully he's in the clear now. I got to keep an eye on him though in case he has another since they say they can come in spurts and this is his second one this year...

Terrier
Took that this winter. In fact...the day of his first seizure oddly enough...
Maybe so. He's already taking a cortisol pill for his liver and a thyroid pill since his thyroid....but the doc is reluctant to give him too much at his age. So, for now, I give him 1/2 teaspoon of fish oil daily, milk thistle extract daily, thryoid pill daily, cortisol pill daily, vitamin E and a regular doggie vitamin lol....I got him on a regiment poor thing....but they are helping him...Don't know about the side effects of anti-seizure medicine.Last edited by Enso; 02-25-2009 at 09:49 PM.

I've got a boxer/lab mix too....but terriers are full of awesome. They are a very hearty, tough, breed and it is hysterical watching them chase the squirrels in the yard (and sea gulls at the beach ) - they were originally bred as rodent hunters lol.
My next dog is going to be a full lab though I believe since I go to the beach allot.
One at a time though....I'll keep this one as long as I canLast edited by Enso; 02-25-2009 at 10:02 PM.

Infiltrators who will most likely get negged.
I didn't know you could train the middle chest. I thought the sternum had something to do with it, but I'm just not sure.
I need a vague routine filled with the most impractical hybrid workouts from a Flex mag. But I'll downplay anything you tell me and argue any points.
The first page is so annoying sometimes.
