    2 workouts in one day

Assuming that I have to workout on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, could I workout on Monday twice sleeping in between, rest Tuesday and train again on Wednesday?
    Questions:
Are there any drawbacks or benefits?
Should I eat the same amunt of calories over the period of days?

You should only compete with yourself, breaking your personal record again and again, week after week, year after year!
5 reps to failure for the win!
    Citius, Altius, Fortius!

There isn't even enough here to work with. c'mon man

Your goal is based on bodyweight, and you don't list your current bodyweight. Seriously?

6 YEARS of non-stop training, 6 years a member on bb.com, and you don't even know what a routine is. Listing bodyparts by a day is about 10% of the information that makes up a routine.

Read the stickies, pick a novice routine, follow it.

Your goal for today: Learn what a program is. What information is necessary to label information as a lifting program.

If you can do that, look ahead to your next goal, which is to tell us the details of the program you are following.

Kinda looks like my answer to your last thread of the same question.

You've been on here since 2010 and you never learned that you can just bump the question if you do not like the answers?

Trust me, some 15-20 yr old will say for you to do it, cause that is what you want to hear.

My answer to you as an intelligent individual that wont listen...lol

Do an Upper/Lower program. U/L/U next week L/U/L, this way you get a bit more frequency every other week than only hitting everything once a week.

This is much better than your idea.........
