I think Trance goes out of his way to be polite and reasonable to people with very different outlooks to his own. I have never known him to get angry on this board or to be condescending to others. If someone is religious but respects the views of others, I don't have a problem with that.

This decline is, unfortunately, not surprising. As the US becomes more and more liberal and as boundaries are erased, as God is removed from the classroom, workplace, and government, the faithful grow fewer...

I don't mean to sound like a Doomsday forecaster, but I firmly believe that the sin in this world will destroy it like a cancer eventually and that Jesus will return. Maybe not in my lifetime, but it has been foretold and I believe it.

Just look at the chaos that has the world at odds. please don't misunderstand, at the present time, I wouldn't desire to have mandatory prayer, re instituted in schools. My reply was to the implication that todays public schools are more advanced in teaching (about evolution), I sarcastically stated that any age of enlightenment has been overshadowed by a wavy of violence.

Unfortunately, I am unable to produce any statistical data on american children in public schools during the crusades in europe through the dark ages ()
