I feel guilty for eating pizza today for lunch

I ate the whole thing, I think it was 8 or 10" little ceasars hot and ready pepperoni, is it possibble that the pizza had 2240 cals in it? according to livestrong.com it does

and seriously F mcdonalds, I ate 2 mcChicken burgers for lunch yesterday and found out it has NO chicken, why the F call is mcchicken? and the calories and fat was of epic levels, no wonder why I am so damn fat.

You probably binged/cheated due to being super strict on a diet and limiting yourself causing this to happen.

but for one meal those are insane calories, generally those are my daily calories. I am trying to get down to 8% and this is def not helping lol

lol I am surprised that its 14", certainly looked alot smaller than that, but it still has 2240 cals.
