    Whey Protein

    Do you take the protein before....after....or during you workout....or all three?.....im trying to lose some fat and put on muscle...what should I do?

    whats the benefit from taking it before,after,during?

    Have a shake about an hour before if you haven't eaten anything and then take one immediately post workout. The before is optional, but the post workout is the one that I would say is mandatory.

    There are 3 prime times to use whey protein:

    1- 1 serving First thing in the morning when you wake up to kick-start the muscle building process because your muscles are hungry from not eating overnight

    2- 30 minutes prior to your workout

    3- MOST IMPORTANT - immediately after your workout (20-40g) which is between 1-2 scoops.

    Hey man hows it going...
    Well there is different kinds of proteins and they all digest at different times.
    Whey protein digests the fastest so would recommend to take right after your workout (optimum 100% whey) and will benifit greatly with a high protein diet. Also make sure you balance your meal so you wont get constipated and take fiber as supplemental support.
    Syntha-6 is good because it has alot of diffrent proteins would recommend morning, 45 min before workout, right after workout and bedtime. Another one is monster milk it also has alot of proteins and also has creatine and you can take that 45 min before and right after your workout.
    But read up and see what works for you...

    Alot of cardio will lose the fat and build some muscle. Heavy lifting will get you big muscle gains with the right nutrition.

    ino man, some of these people jus go round preachin what they dont definetely know, i read an article the other day about so many things which are said about building muscle that are wrong, but yeh, im jus sayin double check everything you hear about bodybuilding
