So i have recently started to work out, i believe my workouts are going great. Already starting to notice changes.
I am pretty skinny, just under 130 and i am a hardgainer.
I have been consuming lots of protein at the proper times.
There is one problem, i have a huge sweet tooth,i am addicted to sugar. It is hard for me to stay away from it.
Any advise would be great, is there any alternative food i can turn to?
Thanks

Anything substituting sugar with calorie-free artificial sweeteners is a better option. Try diet sodas, crystal light with water, or plain Splenda in place of where you would normally consume sugar. Also, a brand called Walden Farms makes a lot of calorie free foods, including chocolate and those type of things. You will definitely sacrifice some taste, but if you're interested, look for them at your grocery store, or their website.

start by eliminating all refined sugars...It is addicting and one of the worst things you can consume. Do some research on what refined sugars do to your body...arm yourself with knowledge!.....Once you cut it out of your diet completely.... your cravings for it will subside..... You will adjust and begin to enjoy and crave foods that are much better for you. Substitute sugars in a natural form...fruits and vegies. If you feel like you need something sweet grab a piece of fruit.
