Am I taking in the right protein (pro complex) at the right time?

    Hey all,

I should probably know this but maybe I've been gimping myself...

I mostly take in Pro Complex (chocolate flavor rocks! almost as good as syntha 6 flavor but I think its much more healthy)

anyways, I have 1 scoop (30g of protein) about an hr or 2 before a workout and another 1 scoop after I work out.

however the serving size is 2 scoops (60g) unlike most other proteins which say a serving size is only 1 scoop (30g-ish)

Is Pro complex supposed to be taken in 2 scoops? Am I not getting enough of the right kinda protein I need for recovery after a workout?

Please help ON reps and/or smarter than me lifters!

    Thx!

1-2 scoops is fine, I'd keep it strictly PWO. Pre-workout I'd look into eating a light meal rich in complex carbs, healthy fats, and lean proteins 60-90 min. before you train.
