    How long until I start feeling the effects of Creatine?

    I searched the almighty Creatine thread but didn't find this question. Sorry if it's been asked before. (I'm sure it has.)

    I've been taking it for 2 days and I'm just wondering when I will be able to feel/see the effects? I know 2 days is short, I'm just wondering.

    I'm taking about 10g a day as a lighter loading phase.

    Well, SizeOn is more than just straight creatine, so you should get some benefit as far as increased performance from the intra-workout carbs at least, if nothing else.

    But I really think they just sell that sample thing so that you can try it out for more than just a day like most samples, and kind of get a feel for it. It isn't supposed to make you huge in 10 days.

    Although, if you worked out 4x per week, that 10 day tub would last 2.5 weeks so that wouldn't be too bad.

    Once you are loaded you should notice some things. Size should speed up the process, and give you some enhanced muscle fullness from its other ingredients.

    Kre-alkalyn takes about 7 days for me to notice significant results. I did respond to CEE back in teh day, and I'd day 3-4 days somehow...I swear it worked! Still have no clue why, but I am a high responder with creatine.

    that's just how i respond to Mono without loading and only taking 5g a day. if i load Mono and maintain a 10g a day schedule then i will see faster results, but i don't like the stomach distress that comes with Mono which is a reason why i don't take it.

    i've taken creatine products since the mid 90's and i saw the best results from: MAN Clout, MAN Orotine, and GreenMag.
