Dedication...
Just curious as to how many of us teens truly follow a set diet plan on a consistent basis....
I am not talking about picking out the healthiest possible items from what your mom just purchased from the grocery store, I am referring to putting in the extra effort to have either your parents aid in getting the right food or you put your face to the grindstone and shell out some of your own cash in order to maximize gains.

I have a good metabolism seeing as im naturaly an ectomorph/borderline mesomorph. However, i think about how good my body could be if i ate clean and cut out the cookies and stuff. I just can't do it! I have tried, but i always get tempted.
I dont eat bad food all the time tho. I kinda eat bad food alongside good food. I might have kfc for lunch but for dinner il have grilled salmon and rice. It really varies. I just eat whatever I can get...

there is no need to be that strict / dedicated / whatever you want to call it
ive seen much better results since ive just eaten loads, and made sure i get enough protein, with relatively clean foods
maybe if youre cutting, then you need to be strict

I like to think I'm pretty much as dedicated as I can be- I buy all my own food and cook my own food. I never eat fast food and if my mum brings back a takeaway I'll sit and eat my own self-made dinner while she and my brother chow down on their chinese. Lol, pretty much if it's not clean and if I havn't made it myself, I won't eat it...

you must be one of the rare few who are genetically lucky enough to have a metabolism tailored to eating anything and seeing good results
most need good diet to see decent progress, even when bulking.
if you eat loads of crap, most of the time you will bulk but with mostly fat

Im about 75% dedicated. I eat healthy as much as possible and also take animal pak. But I also need to be eating constantly to gain weight because of my metabolism and ill be honest I can't always eat 6 meals a day and have everything on the healthier side.. But I've stopped my college beer intake and all that partying so I can really focus on my body.

Yes!! Is that why I've been sweating so much at night lately? I've had my ceiling fan on and another tower fan

yea there is some scientific explanation about how you have an excess amount of some nutrient and your body breaks it down into ammonia (sp?) which you sweat/pee out
so it can also make your sweat smell like pee
but congrats, it is usually a sign of health
