Hi again, just wanted to throw an update.
Started really hitting the gym on April-2008,
did a 6 week program from Muscle Fitness,
and posted some pictures of outcome on
June-2008 on the forums.
Since then I was very on and off at the gym, tried creatine
for the first time tasted great but man the dry feeling in the throat
and the irregular heart beat started freaking me out so I stopped.
During creatine from 155 I went to about 158lb. After I stopped
I lost weight back to 155lb.
Afterwards my workouts became very uncoordinated, taking my regular
days off. Sometimes go a week and a half without hitting gym.
So for about couple months it has been very on and off with same old routine.
During this time I got sick about twice, so no gym for 2 weeks at a time or so,
didnt try to go on a diet or anything but ended up losing weight up to 152.
Since then I couldnt really gain any weight I actually lost 2 more pounds and right now I am at 150.
Outcome, is I actually stopped my membership at the gym, and started training for more endurance. and stuff that is basically free cuz i got it at home =]
