How much sex do we need in month?(serious)
I want to know bodybuilders and powerlifters ,etc ,how much sex we need during 1 month?to increase our power and be more healthy.

Need or want? There is a difference, and I don't think you need sex to be healthy. I mean it's great to have, but is not a requirement ;>

Yeah but there is that mental health issue, as in "I'll go f'in crazy if I don't get some SOON"!
6 time per month would be nice.......3 threesomes would be nicer.

If you start having sex because you need to or you think you have to then you are in trouble already. Sex is best when both want to and that should be often!
Now if you are referring to how many times should you ejaculate for testosterone purposes, I have no idea. But I don't think holding that **** could be good for you, could it?

In this case....more is better than less! I think three times per week is good. As for how it affects lifts in powerlifting, etc., I have no clue if it even has any at all. I'm speaking strictly from a pleasure point of view!

I vote for often. (no quota)
Suddenly I'm picturing a few people writing it in their journals. 7:37 PM, had sex 3 rd time today followed by protein shake. Due again at 10:30 PM but will let spouse sleep and fap instead followed by shake.

Leaving a day or two in between "times" helps build up the anticipation and makes for more intensity.....well, at least for me anyway. Three times per week, spaced out evenly works out just right.

Seriously, I think the more the better. Intimacy = healthy relationships = happy people, right? Happy people perform better at everything, including sports. Maybe there is some physiological thing with testosterone, but I always thought it was the other way around: exercise increases testosterone production which increases the desire for sex.
I think if you're single there are a whole lot of other issues. I think there is a possibility for people to use sex in some pretty self-destructive ways. That could happen in a marriage too, I suppose. That's all a whole other issue though.
But in a healthy relationship, married or otherwise, the more the better. Get it while you can. We'll all be old someday!

I get by with none just fine. Sex isn't a need, anymore than having a banana split is a need.
Actually, in a study posted just this week, those who are extremely active sexually in their 20s/30s are more prone to prostate issues than those who keep it in moderation.

I remember coaches in high school saying to stay away from girls during the season. I always thought they meant the girls would mess with your mind, but maybe this is what they were getting at!
