Hello all I have a month and a half to up my Pushups (40) Sit ups (40) 1.5 Miles (12 minutes)
Is my Schedule Good to achieve a Pushup of (60) Sit Ups (60) 1.5 Miles (10 Minutes 50 seconds) before bootcamp?
Intermittent Fasting : Fast for 18 Hours
1 PM : Eat ( Protein with Vegetables ) One Whey Protein Shake to speed up muscle repair
7 PM : Eat ( Protein with Vegetables )
200 Push Ups ( 35+35+35+35+30+30 ) An Hour each until reaching 200 Push Ups ( 10 Regular, 10 Wide, 10 Regular, 5 Diamond )
100 Sit Ups ( 25+ 25 + 25 + 25 ) 30 Minutes each set including the 10 Minute Ab Workout from Ashley Conrad
20 Squats
10 Lunges/Each leg
Run 2.2 Miles
Im in the army. Don't even worry about the standards. I've watched a guy who couldn't do a single push-up crank out 56 at the end of OSUT. You'll be fine. It's mentally ****ty but physically not that bad.
