I honestly think this will be a turning point for Griffin. His Ortiz fight was damn close but this is the first time in the UFC he was literally KTFO.

I'm eager to see him come back.

i used to think the same way.. that the people i saw on ufc couldnt fight cuz they didnt do much in their fight or because they lost... if they look unimpressive its because the guy theyre fighting is THAT MUCH MORE IMPRESSIVE...


go sign up for a class at a REAL brazillian jiu jitsu school... and realize that the best guy there probably couldnt do much against a pro fighter ... in some cases the town u live in might actually HAVE a pro fighter that trains in the school you check out.. ask him to train .. its fun to see what a different level these guys are really on...


ive been training 3 1/2 years and i get smashed everyday by guys youve probably never heard of ... i get smashed by guys like joe stevenson and kendal grove too.. im turning pro in febuaray ...take my word for it.. the guys in UFC are on a whole different level...

go check out a class somewhere .. itll make watching the ufc that much more fun!!
