    hanging from a chinup bar, maybe with little weight added to your waist with a dip bar.

    I bought one of those back revolution which is just a fancy hyperextension machine. It works great. Go as if you are going to do a hyperextension but just hang and focus on letting all your muscles in your back relax. I do this twice a day two minutes a shot and my back has never felt better. You can rig up something if you raise abench up higher off the ground and find a way to hold your feet.
