Yeah, Pantera is a cult. No hate, but in their new project, Down, it's a litttle too much of Anselmo's voice, i think...They put vocals on top of everything, and its hard to hear the riffs...Pantera was perfect - Dimebag's guitar + not overdoing vocals = perfect. Oh ya, Crowbar owns.

I don't think I've ever posted anything of the band I'm in... some guy in Brazil or somewhere put one of our tunes on youtube. Not our best song by far, but it gives you an idea of what we do.

I play keys and do all the symphonic arrangements.
I also do right around half the vocals (all styles), the guitarist and I split duties on them.
There are better songs on our myspace page, and better songs that we're getting ready to record that are not available to hear anywhere, yet.
Thanks! Tell your friends.I don't like signatures.

I'm a big fan of a few metal bands like Lamb of God (I practically worship them), Pantera (I'm going to school in Arlington, TX BTW home of Pantera!), Killswitch Engage, Machine Head, Opeth, Mastodon, and Arch Enemy, but I feel like I really need to expand my metal boundaries. Anyone have metal bands that I might like.

Well if you don't already have Mastodon's Remission album, I suggest you get it.
Maybe you'd like some Thrash?

Someone say thrash?
If you guys like thrash, my guitarist's other band "Blatant Disarray" is releasing their album under Tribunal Records in the next few months.
Old school Metallica/Megadeth influenced thrash. Great songwriting, great solos, rocking music.
