Metal seems to be the only thing to kick my ass in gear to lift heavy.
And way too many bands to list.
***EDIT*** Check out the Rock Album Of The Day thread and see what kind of Metal you may be able to find in there and it gives an idea of what some of us like.Last edited by MetFan; 01-28-2009 at 06:53 PM.

I've really gotten into In Flames within the past couple of days ago.
But I heard you give your favorite producer
head in trade for his creative juices.

Five Finger Death Punch. If I listen to that, I destroy the gym.
Tell me this doesn't make you just wanna randomly punch people dead square in their face? =x
There's others... but I only have random tracks here and there.. well besides S.O.A.D.Last edited by Danny23; 01-28-2009 at 08:39 PM.

I would rather die than live in a world without metal
Lately As I Lay Dying's ocean between us gets me fired up.
Also I think all that remains' this darkened heart is the best workout-album everThere is no conclusive evidence that clicking the dumbbells together when doing presses, or slamming them down when you're finished your set, will make your chest bigger. Please stop.

I'd say I listen to metal while working out but I listen to As Blood Runs Black and Bring me the Horizon and that is deathcore and I'd get negged by some subgenre ***s.
But **** yeah. Why can't you see that you're not in control

In Flames, Children of Bodom, Carcass, Lamb Of God, God Forbid, Metallica, Killswitch Engage, Emperor, etc. I'm a musical enigma and like music ranging from the most brutal black/death metal to groups at the opposite end of the spectrum such as Simon and Garfunkle and Cat Stevens. The latter not being groups on my iPod workout playlist lol.

Decrepit birth 'diminishing between worlds' has made me happy recently.
Agiel is also from my college town of Rochester, and they're playing at an art festival coming upThe strongest weak guy you'll ever meet.

The faceless are awesome,, Akeldama was on repeat in my car for about 4 months. Seriously though,, Horizons of Chaos is the sweetest tune ever.
I'ven't listened to Planetary Duality a whole lot yet,, I need to wait until I'm not so busy with school and I can devote the time to it that it deserves. I'ven't heard of the others, but Veil of Maya by Cynic is a really cool tune, I imagine that's where they got their name from.My APP NUT "The One" Log:
