    deadlift form check

    Quick video. Hey guys, can anyone give me some feedback on my form? I45lb plates on both sides.

    This was my last set after doing benchpress and squats so I was kinda exhausted. Also props to old man doing calf raises.

    And it was 135 lbs.

    Besides, what has been said, I think you should lower your hips a bit more. That will give you more leverage.

    Keep your chest out a little more and drop your hips just a tad and you should be good to go. Its already been mention but deload the weight after each rep.

    Thanks a lot for the feedback guys. I will definitely work on everything mentioned, especially reseting the bar lol

    Weight is kinda sketchy. 45lbs plates on each side + cheap olympic bar from a commercial gym.
