Within ONE week i've lost a lot of bloat and my stomach appears flatter but I was wondering about how long it takes to see other changes in my physique??

If you really stick to it, you should see something every week. When you stop you'll know its time to switch up something or change something in the gym! Good luck, keep it up!

See the results yourself? Not likely--you look at yourself all the time so you barely notice any changes. Take before and after pictures and compare. Eating clean produces results very soon.Originally Posted by kmorrissey

Once you've been eating clean and are seeing the awesome results rather quickly, it's the eating unclean that you'll notice in your physique almost immediately!
