    how long does it take to see results from clean eating?

    Within ONE week i've lost a lot of bloat and my stomach appears flatter but I was wondering about how long it takes to see other changes in my physique??

    See the results yourself? Not likely--you look at yourself all the time so you barely notice any changes. Take before and after pictures and compare. Eating clean produces results very soon.

    I have to agree it's almost impossible to see weekly changes when you look at yourself every day. (Others will notice it first)

    However, you should be able to see some positive changes within 5-6 weeks if sticking to a solid plan!
