Is this a good way to drain carbs out the body real fast after a carb-up? I heard lifting weights+ hit is a good way to get back into ketosis fast.

Theoretically, you will still be fat-adapted after a reasonable carb-up. There's no reason to panic about getting the carbs out of your system. Well, at least if you're doing the AD or a CKD variant. You want them in your muscles so you can have crazy workouts and still continue to lose fat n stuff.

dude i'm sorry but you must be retarded. HIIT is fine on this diet as a matter of fact its a great way to get a quick poerful workout in.
LISS at a low heart rate has its place but no reason to say its the only way on this diet.
come on man everybody has an opinion and I respect that but people are looking up to you to give full information not so one sided and jaded. Those who think they have no time for exercise will sooner or later have to make time for illness. - Edward Stanley

i'm finding much better resuts on high intensity cardio than on low intensity. i'm not quite sure how i'm losing muscle while taking in the proper amount of protein and fats - unless the muscle you're talking about is my spare tire that has been getting smaller on a weekly basis.
Train hard, eat often, and sleep well.

as your heart rate increases your body prefers carbs as energy, so if you have no carbs your body will break down muscle and turn it into carbs. fat cant be changed into carbs. liss ensures muscle is spared. period.
this is almost word for word what palumbo says.
so you may be losing that spare tire along with muscle its fact.
