I weighted about 110 pounds, arms : about 9-10". height : 5' 6 age : nearly 15
i'm the dwarf in the right side of the pic LOL =].

stats: 183 pounds, arms : 15.6" , height: 5' 8 age: 16 and 3 weeks

well, i used to work out 3 times a week when i was a beginner.
I took it up to 4 times a week after 3 months and now i work out 5 times a week (ABC).

i consume 4000-4300 calories a day.

Looks good so far, It seems your forearms grew a lot too, what was your forearm routine? Mine are lacking heavily. Did you use any compound lifts? And we need more pics but you look like you put a lot of solid muscle on, good job bud

i know way more than u think.
even though the USA is in the middle of an aweful financial crisis it is still and will always be the greatest nation on earth.
the crisis is a result of greed and a defective management, led by bosch.
and believe me i wish THE UNITED STATES would become strong again, both financially and mentally.
