Hi, I am getting back to the gym and I am looking for a routine while I drop weight. I am 5' 6" 191 lbs. I eat about 1800 calories right now I do cardio 35 mins. 4 times a week. right now I lift 3 times a week 2 sets 12 reps want to know if I should stick with tis or change it up. Thanks.
