    Need lifting routine while losing weight

    Hi, I am getting back to the gym and I am looking for a routine while I drop weight. I am 5' 6" 191 lbs. I eat about 1800 calories right now I do cardio 35 mins. 4 times a week. right now I lift 3 times a week 2 sets 12 reps want to know if I should stick with tis or change it up. Thanks.

    Use the search option for workout programs but if your getting results from the routine don't change it

    Thanks. Was not sure about 5X5 rotuine while trying to lose weight I will give it a try thanks again.
