Good luck with your training man! You're only 15 so you got plenty of time for a whole body transformation... wish i had started that young!!!
Also, I was in the military, so let me know if you got any questions ... there are a couple of threads on here for military questions too.
Good Luck!Crapping in one hand in wishing in the other right now

You are on the right track my friend. Good job. Diet is very important. count your calories and keep everything under control. No fried food, no empty calories, lots of protien and vegies and you will be ripped in no time.
This summer was the first time I ever really dieted. I cheated a lot but still managed to go from 14%bf to 7% in 6months. I wasnt lifting hard, and I dropped from 206lbs to 167lbs and then when I started lifting in a matter of ide say two months I kept my bf at 7% and gained 28lbs of solid muscle due to a propper diet and propper training. Gat the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding and that will give you a wealth of invaluable information!
Keep up the good work bro! There is a Replacement for Displacement. - It's called Volumetric Efficiency.
