i wanna start a 5x5 ,but i dont want to do full body ,because last time i did that with 5x5 it made me sick ,and all my lifts sucked. i want a upper/lower off upper/lower
somthing like this.the first 2 sets are warm ups
bench press 5x5
bent-over rows 5x5
seated military press 5x5
assistance: barbell curls AND skull crusher 3x8
squat 5x5
still leg deadlift 5x5
assistance ab exercise 5 sets
off
incline bench press 5x5
bent over rows 5x5
standing military press 5x5
assistance: barbell curls ,skullcrushers 3x8
front squat 5x5
stiff leg deadlift
assistance: abs 5 sets
