I am scared that..
Keto will start burning the fat in the fat cells in my breast. I do not want that to happen..... FOr this very reason I might have to discontinue keto :  So far I got great results..but this is my only concern and the biggest concern and I dont want to get fake boobs ever in my life..

whether you do keto or not.
if you lose fat you can't really choose where it comes off. just take it nice and slow and when you reach a point where you're happy with, focus on packing some muscle on

Yip, this is where you lose it as well. My fiancee did too. You have to make a trade off to what weight you want to be as opposed to how much you want it to affect your looks.

Oh, I most definitely agree with you on that one buddy.
That is what I am saying. She is healthy and should do keto because it is healthy, not to accelerate fat loss.

yeah sorry, boobs will go no matter how you lose weight. never thought id want fake ones but after going from a DD to a B (before i even heard of keto) im thinkin they wouldnt be too bad....

My girl lost a cup size in 2 weeks on Keto, she did her first carb load and gained some back. I've already promised her some enhancement if need be to keep her motivated.

Actually, I've found that of all diets I've tried, keto is best for preserving my breast size. My completely random theory is that because I'm eating a lot of fat, and not severely cutting calories as done on other diets, my body doesn't go into starvation mode and take the fat from the most available source.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure your body picks where it wants to take the fat from... You could maybe take CLA (supposed to help belly fat go bye bye, ask black spit about it maybe)
Even isolation excercises work, but on such a SMALL SCALE its not even really what most would consider worth it..
There was a study where one guy worked one leg out, while not working the other and his body burn't fat from that leg more then the other, but it was in the single digit percentile if i remember correctly.

aww thankyou tank!! you are really sweet..  I know I am gifted with a naturally good shape, so I just want to live upto the gift and make it perfect .... I gained 5-10 lbs last semester, ate really bad food. I am really not doing this for losing weight.. although I d lovee to lose some on my thighs and have a flat belly. I used to lift weights for my legs, but now I am just going to cut first and then lift, bacuse then the fat on the legs still covers the muscles..

you should lift all the time no matter what. how much fat you loose or muscle you gain is only a matter of your diet if you do. ex, if you are cutting without lifting your muscles will waste away more than the fat. also, doing keto and keeping cortisol lower will help you lose fat from your stomach preferentially over other body fat. to do this don't under eat or workout too much. you should be averaging a pound lost a week.
edit: need pics of the booty shorts and breasts to give better advise
