Is this enough days??

Hi!

I'm doing my first competition on May 16th! My workout schedule with my trainer is 3 days a week, 2 days a week, 3 days a week, 2 days a week, ect.
She also has me doing cardio 4 days a week. I'm sure she'll add more cardio closer to the competition.

I also do gymnastics 3 days a week and cheerleading 2 days a week.

The judging criteria for the competition is overall muscle tone and no muscle separation. No muscle mass or "ripped to the bone," extreme striations or the vascularity of a bodybuilder or a figure competitor. They are looking for shapely and toned bodies.

Do you think working out 2 days every other week is enough to reach my goals for the competition?

Errr...2 days every other week sounds like way too little. Progress will probably be really slow.
