Monday- Back (including lats and delts)
Tues- Triceps and abs/30 mins of 115bpm cardio
Friday- Biceps and abs/cardio as tuesday
Sunday-eat like a freak/ cardio as tuesday
Each workout=4-5 exercises with 5-6 sets of an increase in weight each set (resulting in 2 max sets of about 6 reps) + a burnout set, I taking about a minute of rest between each set. (adds up to 1-1.5 hours of lifting)
I am also thinking about starting a cycle of Activate XTreme in about a month to help meet my goal of 200 lb by my bday on june 29th. I'm currently 6', 185 lb, more fat % than i would like after this holiday season, but it has been steadily declining since then with the help of some Animal Cuts.
For supps, I take Xyence NOX-CG3 + Sarcomere Prevail (new non-caffeinated pre-workout **** that ROCKS) for preworkout, and 5g creatine monohydrate + 2.5 glutamine + 40g of protein post-workout.
